A Namco revelou informações sobre os cinco novos aviões para Ace Combat 6: fires of liberation que estarão disponíveis para download através do Xbox Marketplace. Eles são:

- Mirage 2000-5 - Experimental: This phenomenally fast aircraft is he culmination of exhaustive research on thrust refinement. This ncrease in speed comes at the cost of stability, making it suited to nly the most skilled pilots.

- A-10A - Thunder Shark: This highly recognizable plane exchanges issiles for a devastatingly powerful Gatling gun, using its increased tability to hit its mark.
